Scope and responsibility
Auxerta, Inc. is responsible for personal information processed in connection with Neognathae product inquiries and the establishment of access arrangements. This notice applies to those activities. Customer deployments are subject to the processing terms and privacy disclosures supplied for the relevant deployment.
Inquiry information
Auxerta processes the contact details, organizational information, proposed use, and correspondence you submit to assess and respond to an inquiry, administer an agreement, and comply with legal obligations. The applicable legal bases, recipient categories, retention criteria, and individual rights are set out in the Auxerta privacy policy.
Model inputs, outputs, and records
Before personal information is processed through a customer deployment, the applicable agreement and privacy disclosures must identify the data collected, the purpose, the responsible parties, hosting and access arrangements, retention, recipients, and required transfer safeguards. They must also state whether inputs or outputs may be used for training or evaluation. An inquiry or product license alone does not authorize that further use.
Customer instructions and rights
Where Auxerta processes personal information on a customer’s behalf, processing is governed by documented instructions and any required data processing addendum. Requests concerning that information may need to be handled with the customer responsible for the underlying collection. Nothing in this notice limits a right provided by applicable data-protection law.
Contact and changes
Direct privacy inquiries to contact@auxerta.com, identifying Neognathae or Kestrel and the relevant activity. Material changes to processing are subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. A product preview or research demonstration does not amend the processing terms of an existing deployment.
