Scope and applicability
These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to the corporate website at auxerta.com (the “Website”), operated by Auxerta, Inc. (“Auxerta”). AI data and evaluation services are provided by Auxerta, LLC under separate written agreements.
Access to Argotu, Neognathae, model APIs, and customer datasets is subject to the terms applicable to the relevant product or engagement. Each Auxerta entity is responsible for its own contractual obligations. Common ownership or branding does not create a joint undertaking, agency relationship, or guarantee of another entity’s obligations.
Permitted use and restrictions
You may access the Website for lawful information, research, and business inquiries. You shall not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, obtain nonpublic information without authorization, or misrepresent an affiliation with Auxerta.
Intellectual property
Auxerta and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Website’s original text, software, illustrations, designs, and trademarks. Publication of material grants no implied license to a model, dataset, patent, product, or other intellectual property.
You may link to public pages and exercise rights permitted by applicable law. Material released under a separate license remains subject to that license. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation beyond those permissions requires prior authorization from the relevant rights holder.
Research publications and representations
Research notes describe the methods, measurements, and limitations stated in each publication. An internal result, prototype, illustration, or proposed evaluation is not a warranty of performance in another environment.
A product announcement or service description is not an offer capable of acceptance, a delivery commitment, or an agreement to perform work. Availability, specifications, fees, and acceptance criteria must be established through the applicable purchase process or written agreement.
Correspondence and submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to Auxerta and for obtaining the rights and permissions necessary to disclose it. An unsolicited inquiry does not establish a confidential advisory relationship or service engagement. Proprietary datasets and sensitive personal information shall be submitted only through an agreed transfer method and subject to applicable confidentiality and processing terms.
Submission of an inquiry does not assign ownership of your material or confer an unrestricted license for model training. Further use requires a lawful basis and any agreement or consent required for that use.
External services
Links may lead to product websites, research sources, app stores, or other services with separate terms and privacy practices. Publication of a link does not constitute a warranty or endorsement of third-party material. Review the terms applicable at the destination.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Auxerta does not warrant uninterrupted access or that every publication is complete, current, or free of error.
To the extent permitted by law, Auxerta is not liable for indirect or consequential business loss arising solely from use of the public Website. This provision does not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or obligations expressly undertaken in a separate agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Amendment, severability, and notices
Revisions shall state their effective date. An amendment does not modify an executed agreement, impose retroactive obligations, or extend consent to personal-information processing. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Governing law and jurisdiction are determined by applicable law; these Terms contain no agreement to arbitrate or exclusive forum provision.
